Driver Injured After Car Veers Off I-91, Crashes In Western Mass

A driver in South Deerfield was rushed to an area hospital after their car careened off of I-91 and crashed, authorities said.

The single-vehicle crash happened around 7 p.m. on Monday, June 26, just south of Exit 36, South Deerfield Fire District officials said. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, but the car was completely totaled.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
